Anyone who has ever felt like there is now way out..?

Go to ur room. Punch ur pillows really hard. Scream really loud and go crazy! get it off ur chest. If u live with lots of ppl and cant do this then u can also go to the gym go on a treadmill or something, use a puching bag, etc and work out till ur forehead sweat reaches ur knees! It will feel so freakin good
