Parents don't understand anorexia!?

I was diagnosed in January and my parents just scream at me to eat!!! They expect me to eat non stop all day!!! I was bullied in high school because I was overweight! I am scared to get back to that and get bullied again :/ I'm in college now. I don't know what to do :( I already see 2 counsellors and I am on the verge of forcing myself to throw up! Because then I can make my family happy by eating but them secretly purge
